Yamaha YSL-354 Trombone & Case with extra Vincent Bach 6-1/2AL Mouth Piece.
Dont know much about these but i put it together an blew in it and it sounded like a trombone to me. Haha i know that dont give you any information but maybe the pictures will. Sorry wish i could give you more info. A couple dings in the one bend and some tarnishing to it.
