    This is a vintage winter touque that was made for a winter carnival in Iberville, Quebec Canada in 1965. I bought it from a lady whose sister was the "Duchesse" of the carnival and she wore this hat and a sash that is listed in a separate listing:

    Hat feels like wool and measures 34" long and is about 7" wide at its widest point when laid flat. It is about 3.5" wide at the narrower area further down the scarf.
