Visconti Van Gogh (Original/Maxi) Vanilla - Medium 14K Nib
This is a 2001 Visconti Van Gogh of the original style, which differs from the modern Visconti Van Gogh design. This original version (sometimes called the Maxi version as it was originally only available in Maxi size) has an original clip design (as opposed to the Ponte Vecchio clip), silver trim, a two-tone 14K gold nib, a 3K locking mechanism for the cap, and a rounded rather than octagonal body. The nib is severely bent. It looks almost as if it was dropped straight on the tip. The rest of the pen is pristine and if the ink bottle wasn't opened it would appear to have never been inked. The pen and its ink bottle come with the clamshell box they were originally presented in and the paper box that goes over that. The inner box is in very good condition; the outer paper box is acceptable. See the included images for more details on the condition of this item.
