The Medici Astral’ collection is Visconti’s first ever collaboration with a US resin manufacturer. Two spectacular resins, each made in the USA, are hand turned at Visconti’s Florentine factory into the shape of their iconic ‘Medici’ model. To celebrate this new collaboration, and for the first time, Visconti have added their patented double reservoir power filling system, complete with ink window to the Medici.
As a tribute to one of the greatest dynasties in Italian history, Visconti designed the ‘Medici’. The family was a noble house that stood out for their political, financial, and cultural influence on the city of Florence. Most of all, the Medici family was known for their passionate contributions to the development of Humanism and the Italian Renaissance. The body of Visconti’s ‘Medici Astral’ features an eight-sided facet design, modeled after the Florentine baptistery, a religious place and symbol of the city's glorious past.

We strive for your ultimate satisfaction. If you're not pleased with your order, we ask that you get in touch with us as soon as possible by phone or e-mail. If the item was damaged, incorrect or defective upon receiving the shipment, we will do our best to correct the issue at our expense.
To qualify for a refund, the item must be in the exact same, brand-new condition it was received, including the original packaging, plus any accessories, parts, and paperwork that came with the item. We cannot accept opened and used bottles of ink, ink cartridges, used notebooks, engraved pens or pen cleaning supplies. When you receive any new fountain pen, we recommend to inspect it thoroughly and if necessary, lightly dip the nib tip in washable ink to test it. Any pens that have been fully inked and used will incur a 15% restocking fee for preferential returns. Approval of all returns is subject to the discretion of Goldspot Pens, who reserves the right to decline refund requests if the product has been improperly used, damaged, modified or is otherwise unable to be resold.
