How do I know the collectible item I buy from your page is real? Are your items authentic?
PawnDeLuxe only sells new luxury collectibles and examines the authenticity of each and every item through a multi-point check authentication process. Our certified luxury collectible experts, together with more than 20 years of experience in authenticating and servicing luxury collectibles will examine the collectible and any associated documentation to determine if the item is authentic. If any items do not fit our high-quality standards, we don’t ship them.
How do you determine your prices/valuations?
We do our research. The whole team behind PawnDeLuxe is on a daily base gathering data from auction results, forum sales, and our own transactions to get a real-time pulse on the International online luxury collectibles market. We do this in order to determine the lowest pricing for any given collectible, in real-time.
Do you have a refund or return policy?
Yes, we do. In case the item is not in the new condition as we have described in our advertisement, we guarantee a 100 % refund. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your collectible and you’ll be given a refund of the final sale price.
Do items come with original brand packaging and paperwork?
Yes, since we sell only new collectibles, and if the collectible is delivered with box and papers/documents from the factory this will of course be forwarded to our customers. All collectibles will be sent out with our official invoice.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to all domestic and abroad destinations. Pricing is always added to the ad and is different in each Country of course. All collectibles will only be shipped fully insured.
How quickly do you ship once a purchase is made?
Once the payment is done in our webshop, a collectible generally ships to you within the maximum time of 5 working days depending on the location. If you need it sooner than that, let us know and we can try to fix it for you.
