Vintage Toyo No Hokori Pride of the Orient Three Lambs Leaping Ceramic Planter
Great vintage condition. Some fading of the lambs Easter Coats. A small chip on the back leg of the middle lamb that was only found upon very close inspection, I thought it was just a ripple of the coat. Some paint is rubbed away on some of the flowers. A previous owner wrote their name on the bottom and can be seen faintly. Please See photos for details and feel free to ask for more!
Found at a local North Carolina auction.
We believe this to be from mid century.
The colored lambs may be meant for a baby arrangement or for Easter.
The entire figure measures 7 inches tall at its highest point, 6 1/2 inches at its widest point and 3 1/2 inches from front to back. The small planter opening measures roughly 3 1/2 wide, 2 3/4 deep and 2 inches front to back.
