The Connecticut State police were established in 1903, and were originally paid a day primarily to enforce liquor laws
Sized 3 1/2" tall by 5" wide and about 3/4" thick
HAND PAINTED by the artist, DETAILED painting, and signed by her on the back, Faline 2013.
From her designer house of Cat's Meow and has their logo on one corner on the back.
The familiar Faline iconic Casper the BLACK CAT in front.
Perfect for wall mounting or prop up in display cabinets or shelves
Very nice vintage condition.  Very little visible wear. Colors and design crisp and fresh.
A little edge wear on top left side and bottom right .  Some very slight rubs, some minor marks on back, slight wear on lower left corner,
but nothing serious -  displays great.
Nice solid piece of wood. The details in the handpainting are beautiful!
