Description: Not sure of its purpose but vintage scientific experiment or test stand with wire contacts and connections on a phenolic base with groove for perhaps a glass dome? And mounted on aa brass slide. That piece measures 5” across. Also included is another smaller section with a clamp that also can be adjusted up and down the tall shaft. That shaft measures 16 ½” tall. The cast iron base measures 3 5/8” x 6” x 1 ½” tall. Whole unit weighs 6 pounds and 8 ounces so allow for 7 to 8 pounds max for shipping.
