Description
Includes a vintage Gray Line tour brochure for Richmond, Virginia, the stately historic capital of the Commonwealth of Virginia, steeped in the early history of this country (from 1965); a street map of Richmond, in the years after the annexation of suburban areas in Chesterfield County (from Exxon/H.M. Gousha, 1984); and an official tour booklet for Virginia’s State Capitol Building, perhaps Richmond’s most famous structure, conceived by Thomas Jefferson, the first public building in the New World designed in the Classical Revival style (from the Virginia Department of General Services, circa 1980).
