For sale by The H. N. White Company LLC, this magnificent Trombone is the King New Proportion Artist Solo Trombone which is the baby model to the legendary King 2B Liberty.
The trombone has a smaller diameter bell but can still sing. The engraving is eye catching and a true work of art.
The body of the Trombone is in great shape with no scratches.  The slide operates smoothly, and is in perfect condition.

The trombone bell section has new silver plate.

The hand slide is silver nickel and gold and baked on lacquer over.

The outer tubes have baked on copper lacquer coloring.

The engraving is crisp and clear.

The engraving has new gold leaf on it.

There are no dents or small dings on the trombone.

The slide is original and in great shape with no signs of wear.

The slide is a nine out of ten which is very good for this era.

Special Note:
The slide is original and has great action for a vintage King.
We consider it to be a little on the “stuffy” side when you consider later King 2B Liberty slides.
The air is not as free flowing as a slide with new inner tubes.
To find a King New Proportion Artist Solo Trombone is difficult enough but to find one that is as nice as this one is nearly impossible. King Trombones were the very best and they were played by anyone who was somebody so to find a King HN White Trombone in this condition is very rare.
