Up for auction is a
Vintage Henri Selmer Paris Trombone .
This vintage trombone is in used condition with some wear and dents. It is a Selmer, made in Paris, France. There are some corrosion spots, it needs cleaning and polishing. I do not know much about it and do not play trombone. The King case is not original and has several issues, including a missing latch (the latch pieces are there, I do not know if it can be repaired), the other latch doesn't work well, it is bent. There is wear/scratches to the outside. There are 2 mutes included: 1 Humes and Berg New Stone Lined Straight Mute and 1 Humes and Berg New Stone Lined Cup Mute. Both have wear and dings from use but seem functional. There are 2 mouthpieces included: 1 Vincent Bach 15C and 1 Frank Holton 82. Both mouthpieces are misshapen on the ends and may require straightening. There is a cleaning rod, music holder and cleaning cloth included. I am not sure of the age of this instrument. There is a number 23 stamped on it as well as the number 2500. The is also an engraving that says: K Modified. There are some dents on the curved upper part and some dings here and there.
