Hi Folks
Your getting a Vintage  ARTHUR H. THOMAS Apparatest.
I dont no a thing about it. Looks like a  Barometer.
Tip of one is chipped but i think it still works.
The mercury is there. See pic.
Its old so selling as seen and found.
