    Vintage American Bisque Tree Stump & Black Bears Pottery Planter
    Great planter is vintage American Bisque. Two little black bears hugging a yellow tree stump. It has the unglazed wedged feet on the bottom and the characteristic heaviness of American Bisque Pottery.
    American Bisque Pottery started in business in W. Virginia in 1919 and continued until 1982.
    Many, but not all of the pieces have unglazed wedged feet on the bottoms. American Bisque is very heavy and well-made as most vintage American Pottery was and is. In excellent vintage condition with no chips or cracks, minimal crazing.
    Measures 5.5 inches tall, 6.5 inches wide.
