Collector Edition Doll & Keepsake Box #56061 from Barbie Collectibles
The plastic covering for the box is damaged and split open all the way down the right side and also at the top left side, also has creases and dings.  Barbie, however, is as pretty as ever inside the box and looks unscathed, along with her swim suit, sunglasses, yellow beach towel, and bottle of sunscreen.  She also comes with a keepsake box, a wrist tag, a doll stand, and a certificate of authenticity.
