Vintage 1989 Sherwood Forest Lithograph Richard Sebring, MINT Authenticity Cert.

Description

This is a vintage Mint-condition art print of the front of Sherwood Forest (President John Tyler's home in Charles City, Virginia).  It was given to my parents by a realtor in 1989 and was then kept safely in its original envelope along with its original Transmittal Letter and Certificate of Authenticity (Registration Number BW422, also included) for all these years.
The print is a limited edition Lithograph Print signed (in pencil) by artist and printmaker Richard V Sebring.  It was created by "International Archives, Ltd" of Wheeling, Illinois as part of a series of fine art limited-edition lithograph prints of Unites States Presidents' homes.  The "International Archives" Logo is embossed on the lower left corner of the print, outside of the artwork.  (It may or may not show up on the photos.)
The print measures 8" x 10" and is in
Excellent condition, with no markings, stains, tears, folds or creases.  Will also include the dated transmittal letter with Certificate of Authenticity and Artist Bio, as well as the original mailing envelope.
