    Victorian Mourning Jewelry
    Beautiful Raised Repousse Detail around
    Black Enamel with Prince of Wales Mourning
    Hair Design accented with seed pearls.
    It was purchased years ago as 14K Gold .
    Unmarked so was tested  by jeweler and confirmed it is gold.
    There is a small jump ring where it would have had a
    safety
    chain attached on the back.
