One (1) antique Victorian decorative nail cover. Glass top and brass rim. Pretty red flower on white background. Poinsettia? Hand painted? Glass is in good shape - some flea bites and paint splatters. Brass has some tarnish, rust, wear, and dirt (same with nail). Top measures 1 5/8" x 3/8"; nail - 3 3/8" x 1/4"; together 3 7/8" +/-. Photos are considered part of the description.
Nail head cover used as decoration - slips over nail head and the picture hangs from a wire or rope from the nail. Some come with screw-in nails so you can hammer in the nail without damaging the glass top, others slip over the nail head - like a button cover.
