    This is Fuzz the Bear  from the Ty Buddy Collection.   He is from my own collection and is in mint condition with mint tags.    This year in 2021 Fuzz is  22 years old,  but still in brand new condition.   He has never been displayed and has been carefully stored for many years.  I guarantee him to be as described or you can return him for free.
