    We are offering ONE Pair of:
    *Shisa or "Shi Shi" Lion Dogs* Guardian Statues.
    ..They measure 4" at the widest by approx. 3.25".....
    .Often the Lion Dogs stand guard on a roof or at entrances to homes/ shops/ buildings.   One has its mouth open to ward off evil spirits, and one with a closed mouth to keep the good spirits in the dwelling. A description is included.
    We do not know if these figures were hand carved, and we do not know the age or material. (It may be a hard wood). They weigh 1 pound each. They have been on display and also in storage for a long time.
    Ready to use or display, and possibly to use in a lesson in school.  A description is included with the statues..
