Vtg 1930s Japan Rickshaw Figurine Cart w/Moving Wheels Celluloid Toy

The piece is finely detailed and colorful with axle and wheels that rotate.
Bright colors show Mt. Fuji floating above Japanese flowers, trees and buildings on the back of the rickshaw and shapes are carved onto the back of the driver (Coolie). The passenger is a finely dressed lady (geisha?) who may at one time may have held a parasol. The driver is detailed as well with brightly colored pants and vest and silver Coolie hat.
About 4 inches long and 3 inches tall by1¼ inches wide
Needs to be cleaned, one break/missing section of yoke for pulling Rickshaw.
