    This  4  3/8 inches in diameter. It has no chips or cracks. It is from the Barlaston series from England's Wedgwood.  They did many items for American Colleges and Universities in the 1930's.  This small school went coeducational in 2007 and was renamed  Randolph College.  It is located in Lynchburg, Virginia. This is an Independent City and in Virginia that means it is not in a County.
