There is a cracks in the soapstone as shown. All in All a wonderful example of a soapstone carving. Structurally sound.
    This finely carved soapstone Vase and Base measures approx. 16" (40.64 cm.) in Height and 7" (17.78 cm.) in Width. Would make a fine addition to any carved soapstone Collection.
