    Description

    This is an AWESOME King 2B Silvertone trombone.
    These instruments are well known as some of the finest small-bore trombones ever produced. The .481-.491 dual bore makes high playing easy, but the dual bore allows your sound to still be nice and dark. These instruments feature a solid silver (not plated) bell, and have remained nearly unchanged in design since their introduction in the 30s.
    This one is from the 40s or so and is in excellent condition. The bell is in great shape with no major dents or deep scratches. The engraving looks great, and the gold wash in the bell is present. Slide is excellent and very fast. Plays with a blistering high register and a terrific sounding middle and low for ballads. Don't miss it!
