King Lion Head Trombone NEAR MINT NH White 12 Mouthpiece 2tn Silver w Gold Bell

Buy with confidence. I haven't listed on ebay in several years but have been selling here since 1998 with this and other shop names.
King Medium Bore 'Lion Head' trombone with HN White # 12 mouthpiece, lyre and F attachment, I'm assuming. Serial # 12904, all matching numbers Has the May 17 1910 patent stamped in 2 places. Serial numbers below 50K are 1915 or earlier so this could be a 1910-11 horn.
The body is near mint with 2 small, shallow dents at the crook that may have been knocked out long ago. The bell has a few very small dings - the crease shown is the worst of it. No wear to the 2 tone shiny and matte silver or nickel plating. Gold wash inside the bell is well preserved. 6 5/8'' bell. The attachment looks to be in mint condition, as does the mouthpiece.
I don't play the trombone so can't speak about the slide or sound but it looks very clean inside though I'm sure it hasn't been oiled in decades. The slide does not come apart and the inside tube stops at the far end when pulled out.
The horn seems lighter than other tbones I've had but again it's something I'm not very familiar with. There is a removable celluloid protector where your chin might rest during playing.
White case is in fine condition with the only issues of the small pieces that hold the Mp and the lyre should be re-glued down. The case exterior could use cleaning, the back and center latches work, the bell end latch won't stay caught. Hinges are fine. The bell end fabric has partially rotted away from long standing on end.
