Hull American Bisque GIRL LADY WOMAN Planter Vintage USA Little Red Riding Hood

Description

Offering this vintage pottery planter featuring a lady with flowers and a long textured dress and a bow in her hair.  She has a cape tied around her neck, and she might be Little Red Riding Hood.
The colors of this piece are very nice.  The green is almost a
chartreuse
which is a modern color that really pops.  Please closely review the photos.
Marked 93 USA on the back bottom area.  I believe this to be a Hull or American Bisque piece but I'm not sure so please do your own research before bidding if this is important to you.
There is one very small white dot on the back in the burgundy area that appears to be a glaze skip, not a chip.  Very, very minor and mentioned for accuracy.  I see no other flaws.  There is no crazing and the planter appears to be unused.  It's nice!
The piece
measures approximately 5 1/2 inches tall, 4 1/4 inches wide, and 4 inch deep.
