    This piece is indeed a  Czech statement piece.   The base metal is an unplated gold tone.  The prong set rhinestones are   bright and clean.
    The necklace measures 16" along the neckline.  There is a 2" extender chain. The maximum width measures  2 1/2" from the neckline to the bottom of the center stones.
