Conn 8H, 88H Trombone Slide in Good Condition - Open to Reasonable Offers

Description

This Conn trombone slide's serial number is 6526. It's made of yellow brass and it has a .547 bore. The lacquer shows some wear but it's about 85% intact. Although this handslide does have the traditional lock, it also has the internal springs like the original handslides of the 50's. This will enable you to bring the pitch up slightly when in first position. There is also some plating loss on the upper and lower handslide receivers (see pics).
This handslide has been run through our professional brasswind shop and has had two small dents removed, but the slide works well with no rough spots or hangups.
