    Description

    The Cambodia 50 Riels released in 2002 is designed with brown and gold colors. The banknote has been rated 66 by the Paper Money Guaranty. Featured on the obverse side is the Banteay Srei Temple. It also showcases a sculpture of the mythical serpent called Naga and Norak Singha. Emerging on the center of the banknotes reverse is the Teuk Thla gate on National Road Number 3. The Cambodia 50 Riels has dimensions of 130 x 60 mm. To protect against counterfeiting and forgery, the banknote is made with a watermark that displays a Khmer text.
