This is called Yoraku. Originally, it was a necklace for Buddha. Currently, it is used as a decoration for Buddhist altars in Japan.
This works as an amulet. How about decorating your room?
Note: Please take a good look at the photos. It is very old and has scratches on the roof. Also, there is a place where one of the decorations is missing.
