    Description

    Up for Auction is a 1958 Besson 10-10 Trombone. This Trombone is in excellent condition. A Veritable Time Capsule  It is Silver plated with a .523 bore and an +
    8 " bell. It has been modified for interchangeable  press fit leadpipes. It comes with the original( no stop ring) and a Shires M2.5 with a threaded collar.Comes with the original case also in great conition. I rarely comment on the playability of a an instrument, I let the instrument speak for itself. With the original leadpipe removed this Trombone has a great vibrant resonance.LIvely without being harsh. The silver plate adds a darkness to the tone, The SHires leadpipe adds a large prescience of sound. These instruments are highly underated IMHO. I am only selling to raise funds for a new Tuba.
