ART DECO SIGNED ARLENE DRESS CLIP
This square dress clip is worn on point; a pressed glass floral insert is prong set. Square rhinestones run along the top borders. They are dark, but you could replace them if you want shiny. They now have a little sparkle. Back is silvered over base metal and is signed ARLENE.
1-1/8" x 1-1/8". Really unique piece.
