Early Version - Extremely Rare!!!
Here is a very unusual and extremely rare collectable
Zeiss
microscope. Between
friends
and business
acquaintances
who collect and or sell vintage microscopes, this is the only one we have ever seen other that the
article
shown above. Unfortunately, the kit is not complete but everything that is there is in most excellent condition! We have uploaded pictures of the only article we could find which explain a similar version of this instrument
(see images 11 & 12 above - article not included in this sale - it can be found by searching online)
. Please note that there is only one objective: A2-3. The other canister is
empty
. We are also missing the monocular, eyepieces and
various
other parts. The stand is
immaculate
! The focus mechanism operates very smoothly. The objective is in good shape as is the wood box and key. You will
receive
everything in the images above - nothing more, nothing less, so please inspect this kit by looking at the first 10 images of it above.

this model was shown in
Zeiss Pamphlet Med 3/11, 1926 Tele-microscope (we do not have this pamphlet to verify). The pictures of the article above are from Zeiss Historica Spring 2007 (not included here) and is searchable online.
