Antique Swift & Son 2/3” brass microscope lens c.1800’s
This 2/3” brass microscope lens by Swift & Son is engraved on the barrel with “2/3 in” and “Swift & Son, London”. The letters “J. C. S.” are also engraved on the barrel. The lens
comes with its original brass canister. Both the lens and canister are in very fine condition with both retaining most of their original lacquer finish. The lens is 1 1/4” long, and the canister almost 2 1/8” tall.
