    Description

    Antique Sewing Bird- Feb 15, 1853. This is a really nice item.  It may be silver plated?.  There is nice patina.  Original dark red or wine color pin cushion. Looks like a very skillful repair to the spring.  It works well.  Date can be seen at the top of the wings.  (Can't get a good picture of date).  Measured approx. 5" tall and  2" across.
