Antique Original Black Man's Derby

Description

This hat in addition to another derby I have listed were part of an estate consisting of Victorian clothing and accessories.  It is marked Alfred F. Steiner, St. Louis, Berkley.  There is a grosgrain black ribbon surrounding the crown which is 4-3/4" deep.  The interior circumference is 21-1/2".  Front to back it measures 12-1/2" and side to side measures 10".  The brim is 2" in the front and back and 1-1/2" on the sides.
