    Description

    One (1)
    antique Moroccan Jambiya (Koumaya).  Wooden handle with pewter inlay on reverse.  Brass scabbard, ferrule and pommel with hand worked silver foil on front side.  Steel double edged blade with a maker's mark.  Late 19th to early 20th Century.  Good condition- minor wear, minor pitting to blade.  Crack and small piece missing on side of handle (see picture #11).  Missing some pewter inlay on back of handle (see picture #4).  Some losses to silver foil on scabbard (see picture #10).   Knife in scabbard measures 15 inches long.  Blade measures 8 1/4 inches long, 14 1/2 inches overall.  See my other koumaya and other antique arms and armor.  Shipping will be by Priority Mail-.15 including insurance.  Shipping price is calculated from CA. to the East Coast.  If shipping is lower you will be refunded the difference (if more than one dollar).  All international sales are sent Priority or Express Mail with full insurance only.  Please email me for shipping cost if you have any questions.  Will combine shipping on multiple purchases.
