ANTIQUE ASIAN LAP DESK / TRAVELING JEWELRY BOX / VALUABLES / 19TH CENTURY

Description

Antique Asian carved lap desk, traveling desk, jewelry box.  Dovetailed & pinned construction, hand painted scenery on all sides except for bottom.  This piece was over coated at some point there is evidence of a couple drip marks indicating so.  There is no key that comes with this piece. There is a small lock on the top of the box where the removable 1/2 cover can be removed.  There was a lock originally in the lower drawer - however it was removed at some point and replaced with wood.  Were not sure if it is a painted scenery or done in ink.

We ship items daily via multiple carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx and Freight Carriers. Our shipping department will carefully package your item and ship it using the best method based on cost and transit time.

All sales are final unless there was an error in our listing. If your item arrives damaged, we will help you in filing an insurance claim with the carrier.
