    Description

    This antique monocular microscope with serial #293100 was manufactured in Germany by Ernst Leitz Wetzlar in the early 1920s. It is in very good condition for collector, memorabilia, or display. It has not been used in many years. Although all parts are present and movable, optics and functionality have not been tested.
    There are 3 objectives marked 10X, 45X, and Oil Immersion. Focusing with Coarse and Fine brass adjustment dials. Eyepiece is brass, 10X. Also has stage clips, condenser, and double-sided mirror as light source.
    The storage case has serial #292117 and includes containers for the 3 objectives, 1 to store immersion oil, a 6X eyepiece, and original black cloth dust cover.
    The case itself shows expected normal wear for a century-old item on the leather handle, outside rear and bottom panels as shown in photos.
