    Description

    (3) Souvenirs from Mount Vernon - George Washington's House, Tile/Ornament/Globe!
This lot of (3) items features souvenirs from George Washington's Mount Vernon in Virginia.  The set includes a decorative ceramic tile, a Christmas tree ornament from the Distillery and Gristmill and a snow globe bottle stopper.  The tile has the house painted on the front with  horse and buggy and a shell-style design.  It measures about  5 7/8" square.  There's cork on the bottom along with a small hook for hanging or for sitting on a table as a trivet.  It's in great condition, showing little wear.  The Christmas tree ornament shows a still with George Washington's Distillery and Gristmill written on the bottom.  It looks like It's on a stone background, but I think it's made of some sort of resin.  There's a red ribbon on the top for hanging.  It measures about 2 3/4" at the longest point.  It's in great condition.  The final piece has a tag that calls it a snow globe bottle stopper, but it might be broken.  The snow globe part is intact, with a tiny George inside wearing a colonial type uniform.  It may be that the stopper part is missing, but it still functions as the snow globe.  It measures about 2" at the tallest point.
