    Description

    You are buying 280 Round Head Hammered Clavos.
    Size is approx. 1" across the nail head.
    The shaft is 7/8".
    We list these in quantities of 10 - 500 pieces.  Please search our store for

    We also offer 3/4", 1 1/4" and 1 1/2".  Just search for those sizes to see the listings.
    These unfinished clavos are made of hand-forged iron.  Each has a strong ribbed nail welded to the underside.
    These are sturdy nails. Not furniture tacks.  They be used for restoration projects, doors, barn doors, frames, furniture,window frames...
    When applying the clavos to your project, you will need to drill a pilot hole and tap in with a rubber mallet.  If you want to weld to something, you can easily snip off the stem.
    Please note that these are hand-crafted and each one is hand-forged.  Please know that all stems will not be exactly centered.  There may be areas of visible rust and the stems may be bent a bit.
    If you are looking for factory produced clavos, these would not be suitable.
