1973 Rambling Through Alexandria Virginia Souvenir Brochure with Map

Up for auction is an original vintage souvenir brochure of Alexandria, Virginia.  It features descriptions and ads of various locations in the city
.  It is from 1973 and includes an attached map of the city.  It is in excellent condition with no rips or tears, and has bright colors.  There are a few stress lines at the staples & spine.  There are a couple of minor bends.
Please look closely at the pictures to determine the grade before you bid.
Any bright white areas in the pictures are just reflections and are not on the item.
We are not the original owners having gotten this decades ago at an estate auction of a couple who did a lot of travelling.  It has been stored away in a climate controlled area of our smoke free home since we got it.
It measures 4" x 9 and has 48 pages including the covers.
This is a great collectible at a great price with no reserve.
I will ship this to you carefully packaged in a box via first class mail.  Buyer is to pay the actual shipping cost.
