    Description

1950 "barn find" Pan American Trombone -  Serial #205795
No model number on horn. Most likely 0.484 bore.
All I have done to it is clean it a couple times and played it for a week.
Plays pretty good, but will need some work.
Recommend a professional ultra sonic/chemical tank bath.
Please look at the pictures for finish and dents.
Finish is decent but could use some more TLC.
Bell has a few minor dents and shoulder tube bent but all could easily be fixed by any tech.
Tuning slide moves freely and has a couple minor dents.
    Slide is about a 3/10:
Slide has a couple dings slowing in down. One ding is in line where bell would hit slide, other is close to crook end.
There is a some stocking wear. Very minor dings in slide crook.
Water key spring is strong, no leaks. (and yes, that is a home made, over sized water key cork cut from a wine bottle cork)
Any decent music shop tech should be able to remove dings, align and tune-up slide.
Comes with Olds 3 mouthpiece in decent condition. (I tried a Bach 7C and Bach 6 1/2 AL and found they both paired well)
Case is a brand new (very simple, inexpensive) replacement. Original case was very beat up and stinky.
