Here is a portion of what I know about this horn.  It was built by Geo. Baring & Son London, made in Austria .  It was marketed by McMillin Cleveland Ohio.  HN White worked for the Mc Millin store in Cleveland in the late 1800's Starting when he was 16 years old.  I don't know much about Geo. Baring & Son not a lot on the Web about them. I think they may have been a part of a well known English family of bankers and exporters.  I can tell you this is a very old fancy T-Bone and should probably be in a museum.
